One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on qg99 at any time. 4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Closure by qg99

• qg99 is required to close your account by applicable law, a court order, or a regulatory instruction.

Where an account is closed by qg99 for reasons other than player misconduct (e.g., regulatory or operational reasons), any real-money balance held in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Where an account is closed due to breach of these Terms, qg99 reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation and, where fraud or abuse is confirmed, to forfeit those balances entirely.

Effect of Termination

Upon account closure or termination for any reason, all rights and licences granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, dispute resolution, and any outstanding financial obligations — shall continue to apply after your account is closed.
